It provides you with a nice variety of different exercises with pictures. My favorite drills are: pistol squats for my legs, pull-ups for my back muscles, and chest dips. My workout regimen usually involves circuit training and HIIT. Hence, I feel that the workout given in this book is simple and doable.
Having said that, I still continue to do most of the exercises given in this book because they give me a sense of staying fit.

I believe that the workout given in this book is really good for beginners to build up muscle strength and tone their body. All these exercises are simple and yet, focus on strengthening most of the muscles in the body. Moreover, the only advanced equipment these exercises require is a pair of dumbbells, which is easy to find and use. I would definitely want to see more exercises from the author in the forthcoming editions. Being someone who lost 6 pounds in just 2 months of home exercises I can say that home workout are a life-changer indeed!
